This coffee table features sliding tambour doors and drawers on both sides. Bird's mouth miters connect the legs to the aprons, and the ends of the table are curved. The piece is veneered to avoid wood movement that could effect the smooth movement of the tambours, as well as to stretch this nice walnut over a large surface. You almost don't want to put your feet up on it, but then it wouldn't be a real coffee table.
Materials: Black Walnut & Madrone. Finished with varnish.
